Mons Ban Sabai Thai in Camp Hill hosts Thai cooking classes each month,

so that you can learn to cook some of our most popular Thai dishes!

Cooking classes are a maximum of 16 people,

which means more one-on-one time with our chefs for a hands-on cooking experience.

 

You’ll learn four popular Thai dishes, which you can then enjoy eating as you dine with your team.

 

The menu can be modified to suit dietary requirements. Please advise of dietaries when booking.

COST $140 PER PERSON   

  LOCATION: MONS BAN SABAI THAI – 12 MARTHA STREET CAMP HILL

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

– A cooking class with our chefs and your team. Afterwards you will be able to sit and enjoy your meal with the group to conclude the class. (Allow up to 2.5-3 hours for class and dining).

– A take-home gift bag with all recipes from the class, a signature Pawpaw curry paste, and a copy of our recipe magazine, so you can continue your culinary journey at home.

YOU WILL LEARN:

1.      Green Papaya Salad (GF/DF/Vegan Option)

With peanuts, garlic, green beans, tomato, sweet fish sauce & lime juice.

 

2.      Tom Yum Prawn (GF/DF/Vegetarian Option)

With coconut cream, cherry tomato, oyster mushroom & prawns.

 

3.      Pad See Ew Wagyu Beef (GF option/DF/ Vegan Option)

With flat rice noodles, egg & kailan in dark soy sauce & pepper with wagyu beef.

4.      Thai Green Curry Chicken (GF/DF/Vegan Option)

With chicken, bamboo shoot, capsicum, beans, carrot & basil.
