LOCATION: MONS BAN SABAI THAI – 12 MARTHA STREET CAMP HILL
– A cooking class with our chefs and your team. Afterwards you will be able to sit and enjoy your meal with the group to conclude the class. (Allow up to 2.5-3 hours for class and dining).
– A take-home gift bag with all recipes from the class, a signature Pawpaw curry paste, and a copy of our recipe magazine, so you can continue your culinary journey at home.

1. Green Papaya Salad (GF/DF/Vegan Option)
With peanuts, garlic, green beans, tomato, sweet fish sauce & lime juice.
2. Tom Yum Prawn (GF/DF/Vegetarian Option)
With coconut cream, cherry tomato, oyster mushroom & prawns.
3. Pad See Ew Wagyu Beef (GF option/DF/ Vegan Option)
With flat rice noodles, egg & kailan in dark soy sauce & pepper with wagyu beef.
4. Thai Green Curry Chicken (GF/DF/Vegan Option)
With chicken, bamboo shoot, capsicum, beans, carrot & basil.
