Pawpaw Woolloongabba hosts Thai cooking classes each month,

so that you can learn to cook some of our most popular dishes at home!

Cooking classes are a maximum of 16 people, which means more

one-on-one time with our chefs for a hands-on cooking experience.

Class includes learning three popular Thai dishes, which you can then

enjoy eating as you dine with your team.

The menu can be modified to suit dietary requirements. Please advise when booking.

COST $140 PER PERSON

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

– A 2-hour cooking class with our chefs and your team. Afterwards you will be able to sit and enjoy your meal with the group to conclude the class.

– A take-home gift bag with all recipes from the class, a signature Pawpaw curry paste, plus a limited-edition copy of our magazine which is full of recipes, so you can continue your culinary journey at home.

YOU WILL LEARN:

1.      Green Papaya Salad (V/GF/VO)

With peanuts, garlic, green beans, tomato, sweet fish sauce and lime juice.

 

2.      Roti Canai Curry (VG/GFO)

A yellow curry with roasted pumpkin, eggplant, sweet potato and fried shallot. Served with roti bread and paprika yoghurt.

 

3.      Pad Thai Chicken (GF/VGO/VO)

Rice noodles with chicken, tofu, egg, bean sprouts and ground peanuts.
